Rénover le café bistrot en modernisant l’espace bar
L’enjeu de ce projet d'architecture commerciale a été de rénover entièrement ce café/bistrot tenu par une même famille depuis plusieurs décennies. Les propriétaires souhaitent moderniser l’établissement tout en conservant son esprit unique et son style bistrot typiquement parisien.
L’architecte - spécialiste des projets d’architecture commerciale - a récupéré une partie de la piste en cuivre et l'a réutilisé sur un nouveau bar plus moderne.
Le bar en forme de vague donne le ton de ce projet de rénovation. L’architecte a créé un soubassement en tasseau de chêne plus moderne que les anciens marbres du café qu’il fallait remplacer.
Sol et murs ont été rénovés
Pour faciliter l’entretien, le sol de plain-pied devant et derrière le bar utilise un grès cérame pleine masse de chez Winckelmans.
Pour les murs, l’architecte a choisi des panneaux de stratifié fournis par Polyrey. Les toilettes ont également été entièrement rénovées.
La façade extérieure du café est désormais un mur en pierre apparente.
Renovating the Café-Bistrot by Modernizing the Bar Area
The challenge of this commercial architecture project was to fully renovate this family-run café/bistrot that has been managed by the same family for several decades. The owners wished to modernize the establishment while preserving its unique spirit and its typically Parisian bistrot style.
The architect, a specialist in commercial architecture projects, salvaged part of the copper track and reused it in a new, more modern bar.
The wave-shaped bar sets the tone for this renovation project. The architect created a modern oak slat base to replace the old marble surfaces of the café.
Floor and Walls Renovation
For easier maintenance, the level floor in front of and behind the bar uses full-body porcelain stoneware from Winckelmans.
For the walls, the architect chose laminate panels supplied by Polyrey. The restrooms were also fully renovated.
The café's exterior façade is now an exposed stone wall.
