Our knowledge of the architectural heritage of Marseille
Marseille's urban planning is the result of a long history, significant urban expansion from the 17th century, the destruction of old neighborhoods and large-scale urban renovation operations such as Euroméditerranée.
If the Provencal identity of Marseille is found, this real estate heritage is not exempt from timeworn. The city center is characterized by often dark apartments, overlooking typical narrow streets. These apartments are no longer always adapted to our contemporary lifestyles and need to be redesigned or improved.
Moving away from the center and in the neighboring towns, there are also Provençal farmhouses (mas_), residential villas or luxury residences built in the second half of the 20th century. Although these homes have real potential, they often require renovation work or a makeover to bring them up to date and increase their value.
